E- GROUPS

It has been said that, “As the church grows larger it must grow smaller”. Here at Nairobi Chapel,we recognize that since the life of the church is in the small group, perhaps the best way to beconnected to the church is through a small group. We call our small groups, ‘Egroups’. They aregatherings of about 12 people who come together on a regular basis to connect in authentic relationships, with the Lord, with others and with our ‘world’. An E‐group is all about being REAL.God’s word comes alive and is amazingly relevant. Relationships with others are ignited and aretransparent. Opportunities to make a significant impact in our ‘world’ are awesomely rewarding.

Is an E-group for ME?

Are you are looking for a place to connect with others where you experience the depth of relationship that Jesus prayed about in John 17? Are you longing for a place where you can experience a sense of identity and belonging? Do you wonder if you are really growing as a Christian? Do you desire to pursue spiritual growth as a disciple of Christ? Are you ready to become a leader in your sphere of influence? Are you searching for an environment where you can bring your non‐Christian friends? Then, without a doubt, an E‐group is the place for you.

Opportunities:

As a member of an E‐group, the opportunity exists for you to experience the joy of seeing lives transformed, of God using you to make a significant difference in the lives of others.

Needs:

Each E‐group is comprised of the following people. Where do you see yourself able to give of time and resources?

ο A commitment to attend a weekly or fortnightly E‐group meeting

ο Filled out application form

ο A servant’s heart

Host

ο A commitment to attend a weekly or fortnightly E‐group meeting
